Folks at Evasion have released an untethered jailbreak tool for the all iPad generations (except for the iPad 1 that cannot run iOS 6.x). This is how it looks like and you can download Evasion for iPad from the links given at the bottom of this post.

By performing jailbreaking, you will be able to run code that is not supported officially by Apple. This includes apps that can be sideloaded, allowing the user to load apps without downloading them legally from the App store. You can also change your default web browser. Best iPad 4 stylus.
